What You’ll Do:
- Prepare project feasibility and monthly drawdown reports
- Visit sites and attend meetings to monitor project progress
- Interpret financial data and ensure company procedures are followed
- Build and maintain strong client and project team relationships
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of quantity surveying experience
- Relevant qualification (QS, Construction Management, Engineering, Property, Finance, or Banking)
- Solid understanding of NZ construction processes and contracts
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude
