White Associates is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Gray as Bank Funding Manager.
Mike is a bank funding specialist with more than 20 years of international industry experience.
At a time when bank funding is in the media spotlight and due diligence has never been more important, Mike’s diverse range of commercial property experience helps take White Associates’ bank funding services to another level, according to company director Darin Bayer.
“Mike has been with White Associates for nearly a year now – during which time he’s proven himself to have the expertise to lead our bank funding team with distinction.
“He’s a chartered building surveyor who came to us from Axiom, where he provided high-quality building consultancy services to clients in the construction and property industry.
“His diverse background gives him a deep understanding of built assets and their construction, the risks associated and how to risk mitigate these, which adds a great deal of strength to our team.
“Between Mike’s unique experience, my building background and the collective quantity surveying experience in the company, there’s really no limit to the level of service we can provide our clients now.”
Mike also has a legal background having obtained a post graduate diploma in law on top of a first class honours degree from The University of Reading.
He says his role at White Associates gives him the opportunity to draw on his wealth of experience.
“There’s a lot of overlap between this and my previous roles, which allows me to add a different perspective to the team.
“My due diligence expertise and technical and legal knowledge helps to provide our clients with a more rounded and comprehensive level of service. Collectively as a team, we’re able to see the bigger picture and have an astute awareness of the key details and risks at play.
