New Directors announced as White Associates strengthens nationwide footprint
As development activity continues to heat up in Auckland and across several key regions, leading cost consultancy firm, White Associates has appointed two new Directors to the business.
Graham White, Founding Director, says of the recent appointments: “We are excited in welcoming both Mark and Darin on board as Directors. Darin’s strategic focus on bank funding places him at the forefront of this service for the company. He has been instrumental in expanding the depth and range of our work and he’s also been a key driver of widening our client base nationwide, and more recently extending this approach into Christchurch.
Mark’s commitment to the Ministry of Education over the last seven years sees him given the Director role and with it, the responsibility to over see the Ministry of Education’s Classroom Delivery Programme.
Fellow Director, Konrad Trankels, says that at a time of strategic growth into new regions, the company’s Directors and management team are working closely together and with clients to ensure that major development projects are delivered to exceptional standards, on time and within budget.
We’re seeing strong growth in Tauranga and Northland, as well as the unprecedented levels of activity in Auckland and the still-steady activity in Canterbury. We’ve followed several of our key clients into those regions, so in the months to come we will be focusing our team’s efforts on solidifying our regional presence and delivering value to projects across the development spectrum.
With labour and material costs affecting businesses across the construction space, and insurance challenges arising for building owners due to seismic strengthening regulations, White Associates’ proven approach to feasibility, bank funding, quantity surveying and pre- and post-contracts is more valuable to clients than ever before.
