Extensive refurbishment of the historical homestead, along with landscaping works to surrounding park. As this was a heritage refurbishment, a lot of details and materials were only selected and implemented once fully investigated by the heritage architect. We worked closely with the architect to ensure a quality outcome.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including developing project funding budgets, contractor procurement, negotiation of contract sum and contract conditions, construction cost management and agreement of final account.
