This industrial subdivision comprised of 90 lots and associated roading for siteworks. The development of what was flat and unkempt pasture, with a peat sub-base, required extensive civil works to create the required contours and infrastructure for the proposed subdivision. It was a highly complex project that included multiple infrastructure cost sharing agreements and challenging sub terrain.
Our comprehensive understanding of the cost, time and compliance risks associated with this development enabled us to provide our client with a robust project budget. Consequently, our ability to highlight and help manage the risks on this project some years ago has led to a longstanding partnership with the client, GNLC Great Northern Land Company.
