This project involves the redevelopment of 375 West Coast Road, Glen Eden which has been separated out over three stages. This stage 1 comprised of the construction of a 1,250m² high stud warehouse with 120 m² office facilities, 80m² low stud storage and 266m² covered canopy for the truck loading dock.
