Coronet Ridge Resort, formerly known as Nugget Point Hotel prior to construction, is Circa 3,500m². Queenstown Hotel Investments Limited proposed a refurbishment of 41 guest rooms, comprising 37 studios and 4 one-bedroom suites, to a 5-star standard. Scope includes restoration and painting of the façade and window joinery, along with the enhancement of balconies featuring glass balustrades attached to the existing structure.

As well as an upgrade of the Day Spa facilities, including new treatment rooms and a spa reception, also to a 5-star standard.

Enhancement of the Restaurant and Bar, involving the transformation of the current reception into a bar area, and the creation of a new reception/entrance within the existing restaurant space.
