This 149-room, five-star hotel underwent a refurbishment of its guestrooms between levels five and nine, as well as the Presidential Suite, reception, front of house, bar, restaurant and club room. The hotel remained operational throughout with works carried out sequentially on each level, with some overlap between start and finish of two levels at any one time.

The project required a staged delivery and handover regime to mitigate the impact on occupancy rates at the five star hotel. We instituted a coordinated sign-off process during the works to ensure our client only paid for works completed at the required level of quality.
