New tenancy fitouts and service upgrades to three buildings at an Auckland Shopping Centre. Remedial works included demolishing and rebuilding existing tenancies as well as structural enhancement and associated seismic strengthening works. 

Roles and responsibilities:
White Associates provided full quantity surveying services including master planning, pre contract, procurement, post contract, engineer to the contract services.
