Macleans College is a co-educational school, providing high quality education opportunities for over 2,500 local and international students. The Science and technology block were in poor condition and due to weather tightness issues required replacement.

The project involves the demolition of 10 existing buildings and new build of 16 classroom teaching spaces. The school remained fully operational during the works.

Roles & Responsibilities:  Full quantity surveying services – including pre-contract, procurement and post contract management.
