3 new retail tenancies at the ground and first floor of 75 Queen Street in Auckland CBD. Works involved the refurbisment and associated upgrades of various elements throughout the building. Seismic upgrade works were undertaken throughout the building as part of the same project.  1 of the 3 new tenancies – Bvlgari – opened in December 2020.
