The construction of a new learning facility at St Peter’s College included the delivery of a two story building, 12 new classrooms and parking spaces across an area of 1,654m². Construction took place within a fully operational campus and we were actively involved in mitigating the disruption experienced by staff and students. We helped to manage issues regarding crane access that had been overlooked and identified hidden risks. By going beyond what was in the plans and applying our extensive experience we were able to improve the project methodology and deliver within budget.

The project was to provide a new School Block within an operating School and congested site with restricted access which were all achieved.

White Associates provided full Quantity Surveying Services including; initial estimates, contract preparation, tenders and cost management.
