A second four-level office block is currently on hold. The office block has been awarded a four Green Star rating. Complete project GFA of circa 35,000m² of built areas.

Full Quantity Surveying services, including developing project funding, negotiation of contract sum and contract conditions, construction cost management and agreement of final account.
